We are currently in constructing a new 1-million tonnes Heavy Oil Conversion ("HOCC") facility to expand our production capacity. Revenue sources will be diversify with more oil derivatives to include petrol, diesel, slurry oil etc, there will also be an increase of fractionation capacity by another 300,000 tonnes thus giving the Group a total of fractionation capacity of 650,000 tonnes.
The Production Facilities
Our production facilities are strategically located at the Dongming Petrochem Industrial Zone, which is located within one of the PRC’s largest oilfields, Zhongyuan Oilfield . The area has developed infrastructure and is rich in energy resources, such as oil and natural gas.
